Incorporated in 1967, Q.C. Metallurgical Inc is a small, family owned material engineering and testing laboratory serving the marine, aerospace, manufacturing and construction industries. Owned and operated by Frank Grate – a highly respected professional engineer who is registered in the states of Florida and Ohio, we provide service for our local customers in Florida as well as throughout the US and even overseas.

Q.C. Metallurgical Inc is an approved testing laboratory accredited by Lloyds of London, Pratt & Whitney, U.S. Coast Guard, Lockheed Martin, Miami-Dade County, Bombardier, Aero Thrust Holdings and more. We are approved by Miami-Dade County Building code 7AS301-94 and are certified to perform a variety of tests.
